Very friendly staff, Sierra is the best great courts and hang out spots. A little pricey but if you get the membership and go frequently it's a good value.

The playground is very nice to play in. However, you should read the membership rules carefully before signing up. I had to pay for two months of fees even though I was busy working out of town and couldn’t cancel my membership when I needed to. That was really terrible.

At the beginning everything was going well until I start noticing a trend of waitlist every time I have time to go play. Onetime I went there and it was a waitlist, only me and one other guy showed up. It was wasting of time. Today, I went there after work and I was told waitlist, most of the courts are empty, I was on the waitlist as usual and she wouldn’t let me go play. Many players they just walk in and go to any court they want. It appears if you do it the right way you get sent off. When I tried to cancel the subscription, she told me you just got charged and it’s 30 days notice to cancel, so you will be charged again end of January then you can cancel. So I went and dispute the payment. Ridiculous concept and attitude. I emailed the GM there who supported everything was done. NOTE THAT IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU HAR TO GIVE 30 DAYS NOTICE OTHERWISE THEY’LL CHARGE YOU AGAIN. That’s was not communicated verbally, he said it’s in the agreement you signed. So read the agreement before you sign.

The people and facility are great. Awesome group of competitors. Lighting was excellent on every court I played on except court ten. They have individual small areas with backboards and fences to warm up in. They even have a table tennis table, something every PB facility needs to have. Here's to their continuing success.

I came at their open play to check it out and I had an amazing experience. I had felt a warm welcome and greeted warmly with amazing staff. They walk me through the facility and what they offer. Amazing customer experience from entry to exit. They just opened but everything is well structured and planned - from the courts to staffing. Their head coach Seth make sure I am being taken cared of. He listens and provide you with structured road map of their programming wherever you are in your pickleball journey. I have found a new home court. Great addition to the community!
